I finally decided to create the blog I have always been looking for...a blog that I can turn to when I'm feeling lazy and uninspired to go to the gym....one that will give me the push I need to get my butt off the couch, out the door and to the gym...so here it is GYMSPIRATION!

- I'm a guy who needs to get in shape and has finally started to take it seriously. I'm fairly new to the gym life. I love lifting, but hate cardio...so often time to get my butt in gear...I need some gymspiration!
Definition
Gymspiration: the thing or person that inspires you to go to the gym when you don't particularly feel like going but know you should.
Purpose
...to give you (and me) the inspiration we need to get our butts to the gym regularly.
I'll give occasional updates on my progress and would love to hear about yours.
And...hey...if you think you'll be a gymspiration to us feel free to send me your pics and I will post them to inspire us all!
